Dearest Burt, thank you for the beautiful talk. It was no chance that I came that evening, because I have lot of residue as you called it. I would like to ask you Burt, how do you live every moment fully, meaning you don’t let the image view take over, do you just let people treat you in whatever way? How do you do it if it happens over and over, how do you not end up with residue. I am sorry you must be thinking I was not listening, but I had to ask you.

Thank you for your sincere email questions. There is no trick in not ‘getting caught’ in my self-image simply because I have allowed myself to see its illusion. When you are sincere in knowing what is REAL and LASTING in life, then your heart will bring you the grace to see what is true. Once you SEE what is real then it all happens by itself. I do not do anything special to be at peace, I just focus only on what is real. If people treat me badly then I feel compassion for their lack of love but take nothing personally simply because the personal is a myth.

Thank you for your opening heart I. and when you are ready to go deeper then your inner heart (God) will give you what you need as you need it.
