DAVID USHER TOURS BEHIND FOURTH SOLO EFFORT Author: Jaclyn Arndt Canadian singer/songwriter David Usher continues to earn his keep as one of Canada’s best known pop stars, and will make sure he still owns the position with the release of his next solo album on April 26th. The album is called If God Had Curves, and is the follow-up to Hallucinations, which was released in 2003. If God Had Curves, which is Usher’s fourth solo effort, is a true Canadian affair, with both the legendary Bruce Cockburn and Tegan Quin of Tegan & Sara making guest appearances. First single “Love Will Save The Day can currently be heard playing on radio across the country, and is now available for purchase through iTunes. Not only will Usher release a new album, but he’ll embark on a cross-country tour in anticipation of the record’s release, taking Liam Titcomb along for the ride. He’ll kick things off in Victoria on April 6th and then head eastwards, with his last confirmed date being in Ottawa on the 30th. Usher and his people are in the middle of booking the tour, so check www.davidusher.ca for constant updates.
