:: October 5, 2001 - Happy Thanksgiving Canada::

Carol and I are going away for the weekend. We'll be back on Monday to eat turkey for Canadian Thanksgiving with Carol's Aunt Holly and Uncle Stuart. Stuart is a pilot with Air Canada. I'm not sure I would want his job with all that's gone on recently.

Just a little note. If you come here to see anything exotic or vastly different from day to day lunch-wise, that's not the point of the site. It's here to show what boring ol' joe schmo, Mike Browne, eats for lunch and occaisionally what I think about. This is not posed in any way, nor does much thought go into it. You'll probably see the same things quite often here. I know it's sad, but oh well.

Happy Thanksgiving Lunch Fans!

When I saw this I was afraid. I'm not sure why. I kind of like to be scared anyway. Especially by Horror Movies.

Rebar. Not as squished this time. Tasted good. I like the shiny wrappers. Maybe I was crow in a past life. They like shiny things too.

Pepsi Twist - I know some don't like it, but I do. You could always pretend that the can is filled with any drink you like. It could even be full of RC Cola. My parents drank it with their donairs one night and couldn't get to sleep afterward due to the inordinately large amount of caffeine in it. Doh!

This is a bum. Bum is one of my favourite words in the English language. I am a bit hobophobic, however. So are some of my friends. In light of that here's a page with the other kind of bum on it.

I can't wait until I eat turkey on Monday (I assume there are others of like mind). So I found a picture of one from me to you. I bet there are some out there who have never cooked a turkey before and are doing it for the first time. There's lots of help out there on "How to..."
