Another fall day here in Vancouver . Not bad at all really.

 

This is what we had for dinner last night. It is called (no lies) Crockpot Shipwreck. It tastes quite good. The name isn't very appetizing. It reminds me of some famous fictional and non-fictional shipwrecks:
— Titanic
— Swiss Family Robinson
— Gilligan's Island



Triangle Bun. carol is obsessed with letting you all know that the name of these buns is Ciabatta (Italian)and that they are 9 grain. She's off her medication again.


Rebar again. I think they got squished in shipping. I don;t know how that could be they come from the Okanogan where OgoPogo lives. not far away.


Rice Krispy square: these are almost gone. I'll miss them. Oh how I love the gooey marshmallow. One of my favourite things as a kid was Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Fluff sandwiches.



I do have Pepsi Twist today, but someone sent a Pepsi Twist hatemail yesterday. I decided that I would show you some other things that come in vending machines .
