:: September 7, 2001 - Special Ed. - Pilar's Breakfast & My Lunch::

The page is long today, so you may have to scroll more than usual. Our Friday editions get weird and long sometimes.

Pilar, the Project Manager, here had a most interesting breakfast this morning. As she was showing it to me we discussed scanning it, so it was done.

As my lunch was somewhat different today it's here too! Happy 30th birthday to my sister, Rachel and Happy 40th to my buddy Bennet!

Pilar's Breakfast

Blueberrries in a yellowy green tupperware container. I know you can't see throught it , but it still looks cool; kinda alien actually.

Soy beans, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries. Looks more like dear droppings. Bears would eat this stuff after a feed of ants. Pilar said: the nuts is more of a snack for later.....

Low Fat Lucerne yogurt with fruit on the bottom from Safeway. Yummy. I wanted to keep this for myself, but I don't want a pink slip.

Vitamins. In Pilar's own words: 2 white ones are calcium magnesium vit D (dem bones!)
2 yellow ones (bright yellow) are B complex (good for everything)
2 light yellow ones are Vit C. (That's why I never get sick!!!)
the clear one is Vitamin E...good for skin, hair, etc...the gorgina pill.

My Lunch

Rice, ground round, tomato sauce and some veggies. A great main course for lunch. This does look like puréed Pizza though.

Nasty lookin' kiwis from New Zealand. I'm sure that "scrotal" and "hairy" come to mind. The still taste good.

Crispy mini rice cakes. I feel like a supermodel. Oops I ate a rice cake. I must go chastize myself.

Of course... Pepsi Twist
