in 1994, my Son Barry placed the 1:5 scale figure he produced of Nigel,
on the pod of Carl's model. He had the help of a local artist
Derek Crymble, here in Vancouver BC, who produced the original incredible
wax sculpture. Barry created the intricate molds necessary, to cast
the "seated" epoxy figure you see here. Derek Crymble also
created a wax original for us of a "standing" Nigel, which we hope to produce
epoxy replicas from in the future. |
