musical soundscape and trained facilitators will guide
you on a journey deep within yourself to evoke healing
and transformation.
Holotropic
Breathwork workshops run from 10 am until we are done (holotropic time) in the early evening. Light meals are provided after each of 2 experiential sessions. Introductory teleconferences mandatory for new 'breathers'. We call this flight school!
