It has been brought to my attention that there is a nasty bug in Windows XP, 2003, and NT Server allowing a hacker to run any desired code on a remote machine. I have commonly heard of it being used to infect the remote computer with a virus which causes the computer to restart every 60 seconds. You can download the patch from the microsoft site here.
