About Us

The Bow Valley Model Railroad Club, located in Calgary, Alberta, is a private club consisting of about 20 members whose interests include several popular scales but HO is the most common.

The club has no permanent space and meetings are usually held in members' homes, thus limiting the number of members who can be accommodated. Membership is almost always full and club meetings are very well attended.

The club participates in most model railroad shows and activities in and around Calgary and is a supporter of the Calgary Model Railway Society.

The club is proud of its public service record and often displays a layout at seniors' residences and other locations around the city.

The club has operated for many years and is one of the longest existing model railroad clubs in the city.
