The Little Rockers program is for children 7 to 9 years old.

| Rocks: | -full size |
| Teams: | -curlers choose with whom they would like to curl |
| -curlers without a team are placed on teams |
| Coaches: | -each team has a coach with them on the ice |
| On Ice Procedure: | -the first 15 minutes are for instruction and practice |
| -after practice, a game is played for the remaining time | |
| -one coach helps at the hacks and one helps in the house | |
| -each end is scored, the scores are put onto the score board as a learning activity | |
| -wins and losses are not recorded | |
| -skills, rules, and ice etiquette are constantly reinforced |
