Custom Painting at My Mini Art

Note to Clients

Prices reflect the time and the skills applied to miniatures. I paint every miniature to the highest standard possible, and for this reason, my commission work is mostly intended for characters and single minis. However, I would work on squads from time to time upon consultation at slightly lower pricing scale. I would also accept conversion works. The prices on such works vary. For a request for conversion, please contact me.

Commission Prices

* These are starting prices. Each order is handled individually due to the diversity and complexities of minis. Prices are discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of work.

Shipping

** The prices are for most individual minis. I normally ship regular mail for domestic and US deliveries, and the prices include packaging material. I will ship in other methods upon request. Minis will be packed securely and safely with at most care, however, I cannot be responsible for its handling once it is put in the mail.

Payment

Before the commencement of my work, I require 30% of agreed price as deposit to insure the work. The remainder of the balance must be paid by the client at the completion of the work before the item is shipped. I do business in good faith and I expect as much from my clients. If you are interested, you are more than welcome to check my credential at my eBay feedback here. You can make payments with money orders, checks and Paypal. But please be advised that checks require up to 10 days to clear. I only accept Paypal for international clients for its security and speed. Please inform me if you are unable to settle the remaining balance for the painted minis for whatever reasons; I will hold it up to 30 days. If you still can't pay after that period, I will keep the deposit and the mini will be sold to other buyers.

For all commission works I reserve the right to apply My Mini Art copyright to their images and to post such images on this website as well as other websites in order to promote my service.
