Although not listed amongst the escapees from Hard Rock, Windstrike appeared to act in a supporting role during the attack of the escapee supervillain group known as the Outlaws upon the group at Willard Fillmore High School. It is now believed that he was present for this at the behest of his master, The Crimson Claw, acting as a liason to the Conspiracy.
