Known to be unstable and violent, he is wanted in connection with the presumed murder of Federal Agent Jay Smithers, as well as in connection with the murders within the Strongpoint Temporary Holding Facility, the attempted murder of Senator Henry Wildwood and the assaults upon U.S. Agent and numerous F.O.R.C.E. personnel.
