BACKGROUND: 
INTERVIEW. Much of Tribunal's past remains murky to his former teammates, and his successor - Phoenix is no more forthcoming with information. It is known that the amalgam of forms was forced under the guidance of Dr. Karl Manning and Humanidyne Industries, perhaps with the assistance of some innate power of Trey Parker's. Ultimately unstable, Tribunal suffered a structual breakdown which forced the separation of the three forms composing him, with those of Trey Parker and the Hound of Justice trapped in stasis indefinately as a result of the destruction of the Myriad Machine. The final form, Big Blue, transformed (reverted?) into that of Phoenix, who fought stability problems of his own for some time.

When certain elements of the Government attempted to forcibly reamalgamate the components of Tribunal in the aftermath of the machine plot to overthrow the U.S., which saw Phoenix declared a wanted fugitive, the suspended "biological components" of Tribunal became pawns in a struggle between F.O.R.C.E., Dr. Cyclops and the Knights of the Coast. Although Phoenix was successfully rescued (with the reintegration apparently undone), the bacta tanks holding the other two entities were smashed, leaving the Hound of Justice comatose, and Trey Parker - mysteriously missing.

MOTIVATION: 
Uphold the Law. Eliminate Vigilantes.

TACTICS: 
Chooses form to match circumstances. In the shape of Big Blue he is a straightforward Brick, preferring a stand-up fight. As Nightshade he prefers to use Martial Skill rather than brute strength. As the Hound, he possessed keen senses and a limited ability to teleport, along with an unearthly howl. Unfortunately, the latter two forms are possessed of relatively weak defenses so most combats are fought out in Big Blue form.

KNOWN STRENGTHS: 
Flexibility provided by the multiple forms.

KNOWN WEAKNESSES: 
Nightshade and the Hound forms both are possessed of low Stun Defenses.

The Hound form could teleport a limited distance.
