The New Injustice Gang was formed upon the remnants of the original Injustice Gang by the Master Planner, Ludwig Valentino (the clone-offspring of the mastermind behind the original group). Following in his father/self's footsteps, this villain also favours megalomaniacal schemes and elaborate death-traps.

While the end of the Injustice for All affair has left this organization depleted of minions, a strong core of loyal members escaped in good order and remain at large, plotting more deviltry and undeniably, revenge.

    NAME     :  BLACK LIGHTNING
    MORALITY :  Villain
    STATUS   :  At Large
    TYPE     :  Brick
    GROUP    :  A member of both the original Injustice Gang and The New Injustice Gang. Associated with the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Black Lightning is the villainous counterpart to Captain Thunder. Strong, tough, and fast, he also favors smashing move-throughs and move-bys, but possesses more tactical sense than his adversary.


    NAME     :  DIAMOND LIL
    MORALITY :  Villain (Reformed?)
    STATUS   :  Active
    TYPE     :  Brick
    GROUP    :  Formerly with The New Injustice Gang. Enrolled in the StrikeForce X program under the supervision of The Golden Avenger.
    TACTICS  :  Possessed of incredible strength, Diamond Lil relies in combat upon devastating HtH attacks and her ability to pick up and hurl weighty objects. Her defenses are adequate, but not terribly noteworthy.

    MORALITY :  Villain (Reformed?)
    STATUS   :  Active
    TYPE     :  Blaster
    GROUP    :  Formerly of The New Injustice Gang. Now enrolled in the Strikeforce X program.
    TACTICS  :  While Frostburn doesn't have the raw power of Crucible or Sub-Zero, he has at his control a very versatile command of heat and cold, and is capable of launching powerful ice entangles one moment, and flame blasts the next. His attack style is fairly straightforward and unimaginative and his moderate defenses can be overwhelmed by a strong show of force.

    TYPE     :  Martial Artist
    GROUP    :  The Order of Assassins, The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  In our limited experience with her, the Jade Lady acted as a very effective bodyguard for the Master Planner. Deadly with a staff and other martial arts weapons, and capable of arcane feats of martial arts, such as a nerve-strike that immobilizes her foes. She is a very difficult opponent to pin down, but may be vulnerable to Entangles.

    MORALITY :  Villain (Reformed?)
    STATUS   :  Active
    TYPE     :  Drainer
    GROUP    :  Formerly of Team Cyclops and The New Injustice Gang. Now enrolled in the Strikeforce X program.
    TACTICS  :  Lamprey is essentially a coward. Past encounters seem to indicate that he will attack only as part of a larger team or from ambush. In an engagement, he will seek out the weakest opponent. Given the poor state of his defenses, however, this might be the only way he can remain in a fight for any length of time.

    GROUP    :  A member of both the original Injustice Gang and The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  Capable of incredible growth, Leviathan is full of sound and fury, but signifies little. His attacks are primarily limited to HtH attacks, backed by a considerable strength (and due to his size, these can reach misleadingly far), but his growth is linked to a Density Decrease that, though it gives him in a reasonable DV, results in him taking additional damage from incoming attacks and allows him to be knocked off his footing. Particularly vulnerable to AP attacks. Despite these limitations has a tendency to overcommit.

    MORALITY :  Villain
    STATUS   :  At Large
    TYPE     :  Blaster
    GROUP    :  The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  Maelstrom, the self-proclaimed Master of the Storm has at his command control over the elements. Versatile and intelligent, he can powerfully support the attacks of his more direct teammates. In addition to the more offensive forces of lightning and hail, beware to more subtle effcts involving darkness and fog.


    NAME     :  MANTICORE
    MORALITY :  Villain
    STATUS   :  Active
    TYPE     :  Martial Artist
    GROUP    :  Formerly with The New Injustice Gang. Escaped from the StrikeForce X program and has since had some manner of contact with MAYHEM™..
    TACTICS  :  Mobile and hard-hitting, Manticore likes to use his agility to close unexpectedly with a foe whom he then eliminates with powerful HtH attacks. His razor-sharp claws are capable of shredding armor and delivering killing attacks. On defense, his high DV and strong defenses makes him a difficult man to put down. If he has a notable weakness, it is his tendency to overcommit to a fight.


    NAME     :  OCTO-BOT
    MORALITY :  Neutral (Android, Serve the Master Planner)
    STATUS   :  At Large
    TYPE     :  Android (Brick)
    GROUP    :  The New Injustice Gang. Co-opted into The Industrial Revolution.
    TACTICS  :  Possessed of numerous limbs, each armed with a different weapon, this is a versatile, agile opponent that packs a large punch and has strong defences, including a damage field.


    NAME     :  PACK WOLF
    MORALITY :  Villain
    STATUS   :  Stronghold
    TYPE     :  Morpher / Martial Artist
    GROUP    :  A member of both the original Injustice Gang and The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  Divide and conquer. Pack Wolf is capable of dividing himself into four duplicates, each of whom can act (and be taken out) independantly. This ability takes an otherwise mediocre offense (MA HtH attacks) and renders him worthy of some respect as a foe. The other thing that should be watched is his mobility, as he is capable of leaping great distances.


    NAME     :  SERVO MK.I
    MORALITY :  Neutral (Android)
    STATUS   :  Destroyed, January 8th, 2001.
    TYPE     :  Special
    GROUP    :  First encountered with Team Cyclops, then reprogrammed and reactivated by The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  Servo had the tremendous ability to learn to duplicate powers used in its line of sight. This means that the longer any fray involving it lasted, the deeper its arsenal of abilities. If not for the fact that Servo possessed a very limited intellect and wasn't very creative, this device may have proved too much to handle. (Some indications suggest that it may have been learning these skills as well. If so, the group was lucky to eliminate it when they did.)


    NAME     :  SONIC SKULL, THE
    MORALITY :  Villain (Insane? Obsessed with replacing Victor Stewart.)
    STATUS   :  Stronghold
    TYPE     :  Gadgeteer? Blaster.
    GROUP    :  The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  The Sonic Skull uses equipment that are either cast-offs of those used by the Screaming Skull, or are knock-off copies of them. He does have an aptitude towards the sonic sciences and is believed to be capable of modifying or adapting his own devices, though no clear evidence of this exists. Is not bound by the same sense of honor that his idol is.


    NAME     :  TITANIA, LADY
    MORALITY :  Neutral
    STATUS   :  In Avalon.
    TYPE     :  Psycher / Blaster
    GROUP    :  Works with The New Injustice Gang, though she has little personal loyalty to either Ludwig Valentino or his organization.
    TACTICS  :  Prefers to avoid the messiness of direct physical conflict, seeking to stay at range and bog down opponents with mental attacks, etc., though she is quite capable of melee if forced into it. Subtle and adept at illusion, she will often pick out a weak-willed opponent and trick him into doing her bidding through a mix of obfuscation, mental subjucation and legerdemain.


    NAME     :  VALENTINO, LUDWIG
    MORALITY :  Villain (Megalomaniac & Eeevil Genius)
    STATUS   :  At Large.
    TYPE     :  Mastermind
    GROUP    :  Founder/leader of The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  Like his progenitor, Ludwig's tactics boil down to coming up with a fiendishly clever eeevil plan. Hatch said eeevil plan. Capture some hero and reveal said eeevil plan. When the hero gets away and the tables are turned, execute an incredible escape. Rinse and repeat.


    NAME     :  VON ZOOM, PROFESSOR
    MORALITY :  Villain
    STATUS   :  Stronghold
    TYPE     :  Speedster
    GROUP    :  A member of both the original Injustice Gang and The New Injustice Gang.
    TACTICS  :  Fast. Very fast. Even faster than that. Von Zoom doesn't need terribly high defenses so long as his mobility is unchecked. Offensively, he can use his speed to generate a variety of effects in addition to the flurry of blows he can unleash. He is most effective in a supporting role, rescuing downed comrades and capturing incapacitated opponents. A team has precious little time and opportunity to prevent such tactics.
