Not a particularly well-known group, this small team contracts out to quietly solve problems of a
supernatural or mystical nature. Most recently operated in the New England area, particularly
Massachusetts, where they were called on to prevent a powerful vampire from using the
Black Book to summon forth the Blood God and later to defeat
the fell plans of a subterranean End-Times cult.
Investigating the mystic goings-on at the The Emile F. Chopin Home for the
Criminally Insane, this team fell afoul of the insane Phantasm, and
ended up pawns in his attempt at apotheosis. This brought them into conflict with
the Knights of the Coast, who had been drawn to the same location for
reasons of their own.
