BACKGROUND: 

As near as can be determined, the Silver Skater is a wannabe vigilante taking his fight with injustice to the streets. Of course, injustice can take the form of supposedly reformed supervillians, jaywalkers, stores that overcharge for mochaccino, and so on.

Somehow, despite his overenthusiasm and basic lack of training, the guy tends to fluke out with more luck than common sense, ensuring that the Scarlet Skater lives to fight another day.

Learning from his defeat by the retired Screaming Skull, the Scarlet Skater has been building up an arsenal of eccentric offence, suggesting some technical prowess. If it is his own or acquired (ahem) otherwise remains to be determined. So far these have included bolo-bombs (entangle), jet boosters (super leap), and paint pellets (flash). The Skater's main attack still remains rolling into his intended target at speed, though he has yet to upgrade the protective gear.
