BACKGROUND: 
According to his testimony at the trial of Victor Stewart, he claims to have been mentored by the former Screaming Skull, though there is considerable doubt as to the veracity of this claim because a number of the time periods where he testifies to having been undergoing training correspond to periods in which the other man was incarcerated.

First verified sighting in the PAC database corresponds to the Injustice for All affair (though there is considerable confusion surrounding this as he has gone to great lengths to imitate the appearance of the Screaming Skull). It is unknown where Ludwig Valentino discovered this 'prodigy'. Referred to Lady Jade at one point as "sister", though it is unknown if this is was a colloquialism or sign of a true blood/familial relationship.

Insane? Obsessed with replacing Victor Stewart.

TACTICS: 
The Sonic Skull uses equipment that are either cast-offs of those used by the Screaming Skull, or are knock-off copies of them. He does have an aptitude towards the sonic sciences and is believed to be capable of modifying or adapting his own devices, though no clear evidence of this exists. Is not bound by the same sense of honor that his idol is.
