KOTC Database Entry: SERVO MK.II
|
| QUOTE: | "Destroy! Kill!" |
BACKGROUND: |
Presumed to be another of the deadly Synthezoids employed by Dr. Cyclops. Background unknown. |
MOTIVATION: |
Obey it's programming. |
TACTICS: |
Like it's predecessor, the Mark I, this Synthezoid had the ability to learn to duplicate powers used in its line of sight, thus becoming more dangerous the more action it saw. The Mark II appeared to possess more creativity and intelligence than its predecessor. It was more than a match for any single opponent it faced. |
KNOWN STRENGTHS: |
Ability to duplicate the powers and techniques of its foes. Extremely tough cookie. |
KNOWN WEAKNESSES: |
Somehwat uncreative and limited in its intellect. Bound to obey its programming. Relatively limited AV. Cannot absorb powers made manifest within a nonliving focus. |
OFFENSIVE POWERS: |
Anything it observed. This included the ice attacks of Sub-Zero, Oberon's Lightning Blast and a nasty range of HtH attacks. |
DEFENSIVE POWERS: |
Limited DV (to now), but very high SD and the ability to regenerate. |
NON-COMBAT POWERS: |
Whatever it absorbed, though limited in its ability to make use of these by its programming. |
FOCII/EQUIPMENT: |
None. |
LOCOMOTION: |
Flight. Has absorbed the incredible speed of Black Blur. |
KotC ENCOUNTERS: |
- encountered in Dr. Cyclops' lair amidst the caverns underneath the old Humanidyne complex in San Francisco. Was singlehandedly holding the Knights at bay until Hazardman took it temporarily out of the fight by turning himself into a human entangle. Was presumed destroyed in the collapse of the cavern after the destruction of the Myriad Machine. - to the complete surprise (and horror) of those members of the group who remember him, this entity was found floating in a bacta tank when the group raided the Canadian base of the The Industrial Revolution. Reanimating, this Synthezoid proceeded to attack the group once again before escaping as the weight of numbers (and the unabsorbable powers of StarSeed) began to weigh against it. |
KotC COMMENTS: |
- Crucible: "By all reports this was one tough customer. I sure hope it was destroyed." - Hazardman: "I can't believe it didn't fall for the old 'This sentence is a lie conundrum'! It worked for Captain Kirk!" |
