BACKGROUND: 
The villain calling himself 'Sabre' as a long and dubious history. Once a member of the military, he received a dishonorable discharge with time served for assault/conduct unbecoming and was rumoured to have headed to South America in search of work as a mercenary. No previous indication of paranormal abilities.

MOTIVATION: 
Mercenary.

TACTICS: 
Sabre is a headstrong villain, with a bone to pick against the world in general and authority figures in particular. He seeks to test himself against 'worthy' opponents and will pick such out and go after them with a vengeance, and oblivious to the overall concerns. He comes close to being a liability to a team effort in combat.
