TACTICS: 
Red Archer operates well in conjunction with Canadian Shield, or equally effectively independantly. He has in his quiver a number of trick arrows which gives him the capability to perform entangles, flash attacks or straightforward archery attacks. While he prefers to keep his distance and use Canadian Shield to take point in an encounter, if an opponent manages to close with him, that villain will find someone perfectly capable of a variety of Martial Arts HtH attacks in his own defense, and possessed of a high DV.
