an "Exotics Consultant", bringing with him a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a support
staff from his years with the PAC foundation. He has already recieved various death threats and
accusations of being a Judas to the metahuman community. His former superior
Dr. Emile Lizardo (still at large) is reported to
have made many comments on this action being a breach of ethics (Lizardo also made reference to
Bigboutée’s ancestry and other remarks unfit for print). Bigboutée’s reply to all this hostility
has been that he is merely trying to do what he can to work towards a better understanding of
metahumanity and the relationship Exotics have to society.

the resurrection of that particular villain. Luckily, "Tiger" survived the chaos of
that event and can continue to pursue his chosen career.
Dr. Brady was also peripherally involved in the business
involving the statue of Coatlicue, having been
sent to investigate its passage through customs by the Seattle
Museum of History.

March Crisis and courageously spoke up on behalf of
extranorms, despite the prevailing political climate.
After the group was taken into custody in the aftermath of the
machine plot to overthrow the U.S., he attempted to mediate an
agreement between F.O.R.C.E. and
Phoenix that would see the latter 'forgiven' his criminal
breaches in exchange for being reamalgamated with Trey Parker.
Although Phoenix categorically refused this offer, General
Howard and a few other Top Men continue to hash out solutions to the
Phoenix Security Issue.

Building by the forces of The Industrial Revolution in
early-July, 2004. Was rescued by Lady Liberty after having
suffered moderate injuries (including being the target of a point-blank blast from
Psiborg).

coverage led to a clash between her and Templar which has given
rise to a lawsuit and restraining order.
Stephanie has also revealed herself to be no friend to the other Knights
when she pilloried Sub-Zero (implying he was gay) and by her
coverage of the battles at the docks (which has also triggered a
lawsuit against Sub-Zero for sexual assault) and at the
benefit concert.
In early July, 2001, Stephanie was the victim of a hit-and-run 'accident', and seriously
injured. She is expected to recover.

A PACF representative for the
California region, Dr. Lizardo met with Crucible and
Oberon after the melee
surrounding the crash of the space shuttle.
Addressed the special Commission concerning the "paranorm question"
during the March Crisis and begged to have funding for
his agency increased. He lobbied unsuccessfully against the passage of the
Keene Act.
In the wake of the passage of that legislation in early April, 2001, federal funding for
PACF was pulled, and a court order obtained to pull it's
files and personnel under the umbrella arm of F.O.R.C.E..
Dr. Lizardo flouted this order and arranged for the
destruction of a number of the files belonging to the California branch of PAC. He is now
on the run as a wanted fugitive. He is also reported to be attempting to care for a greviously
ill Perseus and is believed to be attempting to leave the
country with the aid of unknown exotics.

and ultimately fatal cellular deterioration. Driven mad by this revelation, he turned
his genius to the secret of immortality. Using his

Phillip Porter for his condition). In his final clash with
the Hero Collective Orlac met his end when caught
in the fireball of his own Phoenix Device.
