The Masters of Evil were one of the supervillain teams to be loosed in the Hard Rock prison break. They were encountered while operating under the apparent direction of Black Lightning by the Knights, who thwarted their attempts to intercept a shipment of high-tech bound to repair the damaged superprison.

    GROUP    :  A member of both the original Injustice Gang and The New Injustice Gang. Associated with the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Black Lightning is the villainous counterpart to Captain Thunder. Strong, tough, and fast, he also favors smashing move-throughs and move-bys, but possesses more tactical sense than his adversary.

    MORALITY :  Villain (Mercenary)
    STATUS   :  At Large.
    TYPE     :  Binder
    GROUP    :  Member of the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Binder should be feared as an opponent; not because of his capacity to hurt an opponent (which is unknown), but because of his capability to entangle a foe using a variety of means. He tends to throw weak area-effect entanges first, then when he has an opponent 'pinned down' adds on additional, stronger layers to lock him in place and obscure his or her senses. Moderate defenses.


    NAME     :  MIND SLAYER
    MORALITY :  Villain (Powerlust)
    STATUS   :  At Large.
    TYPE     :  Psycher
    GROUP    :  Member of the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Mind Slayer is a powerful attack psycher, and one whose capabilities are not fully known. Capable of mental blasts and domination, she should be regarded as a primary target in any encounter.


    NAME     :  PULSAR
    MORALITY :  Villain
    STATUS   :  Hard Rock Superprison
    TYPE     :  Blaster
    GROUP    :  Member of the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Pulsar is a straight-foward radiation-based Blaster who likes to sit at range wherever possible to inundate an opponent with energy blasts and NND attacks. Has moderate defenses (at least) and a pretty deep repetoire.


    NAME     :  RIPPER
    MORALITY :  Villain (Smash!)
    STATUS   :  At Large.
    TYPE     :  Cyborg/Brick
    GROUP    :  Member of the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Impulsive and with poor self-discipline, Ripper can be swayed from a plan of attack by a target of opportunity or nuisance, but nonetheless is a force to be reckoned with in battle. Possessed of both a powerful HtH attack and a killing attack relying upon the retractable spike in his hand, one should close with Ripper only if one possesses powerful defenses.


    NAME     :  SCRAMBLER
    MORALITY :  Villain (Mercenary)
    STATUS   :  Stronghold.
    TYPE     :  Psycher/Drainer
    GROUP    :  Member of the Masters of Evil.
    TACTICS  :  Scrambler attempted in our one engagement to avoid engagement, though the nature of the mission forced some degree of such upon him. He revealed quite the repetoire of tricks in his attempts to avoide confrontation, ranging from invisibility and flash attacks (vs sonics), to tactical teleportation and mental attacks. Should be regarded as a primary support character and targeted for early removal in battle.
