BACKGROUND: 
The nemesis of Professor Von Zoom.

Caught up in the madness concerning the Justice Machine, Mercury was freed from the malevolant influence of Avatar and tried by the Senate for his actions. He was classed a Class-III Exotic under the Keene Act and forbidden the use of his abilities except when called upon by the powers that be. Since that time, he has lost his job and is facing a separation from his wife for his actions while dominated.

MOTIVATION: 
Somewhat ruthless.

TACTICS: 
Fast. Very fast. Very very very fast. Although possessed of only mediocre defenses, Mercury's speed more than makes up for the lack. On offense, he can use his speed to generate a variety of attacks in addition to the flurry of blows he can unleash.
