BACKGROUND: 
Largely a mystery. Possibly assisted The New Injustice Gang out of gratitude for their busting him out of Stronghold, or to get revenge against those who put him there.

MOTIVATION: 
Mercenary? Seeks to drain the life force from weak superheroes.

TACTICS: 
Lamprey is essentially a coward. Past encounters seem to indicate that he will attack only as part of a larger team or from ambush. In an engagement, he will seek out the weakest opponent. Given the poor state of his defenses, however, this might be the only way he can remain in a fight for any length of time.

- apparently escaped amidst the chaos surrounding the breakout at Stronghold.

- next encountered working for The New Injustice Gang and was easily taken out by Phoenix and sent back to Stronghold.
