BACKGROUND: 
The second person (after her own mentor, the Golden Avenger [II]) to assume the role of Kid Silver, this hero has seen public exposure for the first time (and by all reports handled herself well) in March Crisis, amidst the reformation of the Minute Men.

After receiving serious injuries at the hands of a mentally dominated crowd, the new Kid Silver was grounded by the direct orders of the former Golden Avenger [II] and the disbanding of the Minute Men. Despite this prohibition, she has been seen in (apparently active) association with certain other young, female exotics who have drawn the sarcastic name the "Teen Girl Squad".
