KotC ENCOUNTERS: 
- was released during the Knights' raid of MAYHEM's medical facility within Rio des Madrona. This uncontrollable menace then proceed to attack whoever was convenient, regardless of affiliation. Finally trapped in a room with some of the squad, Grond proved to be a close match physically for Phoenix, yet it was the latter who prevailed in a colossal battle between the two. Although he is a tough customer, doubts prevail whether the unconscious Grond could have survived the conflagration sparked when the retreating MAYHEM™ forces torched the medical level of the facility.
