BACKGROUND: 
Assigned to the Knights of the Coast in early July, 2001, after their surrender following the business with the robotic doppelgangers. Trained in counter-terrorism and public relations, with his compatriots Agent Fixx and Agent Finn, he would be the group's 'handler' on their mission to take out the notorious General Mayhem.

Not long after the group shifted operations to Rio des Madrona (and Agent Fixx disappeared), Agent Goodspeed was reportedly killed in a car accident back in Coast City.
