ENTRY : |
"I wake and feel the fell of dark, not day,
What hours, O what black hours we have spent
This night! what sights you, heart, saw; ways you went!
And more must, in yet longer light's delay.
That flowering, silken, old embroidery, torn
With witness I speak this. But where I say
Hours I mean years, mean life. And my lament
Is cries countless, cries like dead letters sent."
- "I Wake and Feel the Fell of Dark," Gerard Manley Hopkins (1844-1889)
Chapter 5
Well we are back in present day, I am certain of that. Arcandia is the isle we landed on this
time but the lush green isle has been replaced by a barren wasteland of ash. The Master of the
Hunt and his legion have attacked us. I cannot step upon Avalon myself but I can sure as hell
lead an army around it. We need to split up to rouse the armies. It doesn't look good, we
might be outnumbered a little but we should still succeed.
After all doesn't the good always win?

WRAPUP : |
Things do not look well for Avalon. Although our victory in the past has
eliminated the demonic element of the current assault, we remain a handful of individuals,
with any possibility of support scattered, against a coordinated and overwhelming foe. If we
cannot rouse the local support soon, all shall be lost.
