Cousin to Special Agent Marco DeSalvo.

Originally sent to investigate the activities of MAYHEM™ within the banana republic of Rio des Madrona, it appears that Electra was somehow spotted and taken by her quarry. Subject to some form of mechanically or chemically-induced brainwashing, (possibly through the helmet/necklace device later used against Ariadne) she turned up some weeks later fighting on behalf of MAYHEM™ (and subsequent intel places her as being amongst General Mayhem's hand-picked cadre of elite bodyguards).
