BACKGROUND: 
INTERVIEW. One of the founding members of The Guardians, a Canadian-based superhero organization, Canadian Shield first drew national attention when he helped foil the attempt by MAYHEM™ to hold the world economic leaders for ransom during the Ottawa World Trade Conference of 1997.

TACTICS: 
Canadian Shield seems to utilize a bluff, straightforward system of attack, leaving the subtle work for the other members of his team, such as Red Archer, with whom he often works. In actuality, however, he is a cunning tactician who possesses a keen aptitude for determining the linchpin of an opposing team, then focusing his efforts (consisting of hurled shield attacks and shield bashes) upon that linchpin. On defense, this fast, acrobatic hero possesses a decent DV and solid SD to back it up.
