RATES
HIGH SEASON (approx June 1-Sept. 30 & two weeks at Christmas)
$1450/week Canadian - $1080 US*
High season weekly rate is discounted $50. per week for each additional week.
OFF SEASON (approx Oct 1-May 31)
$725/week Canadian - $540US*
$1850/month Canadian - $1375 US*
Off season monthly rate is discounted $100 per month for each additional month.

Monthly and daily rates will be provided upon request.
A housekeeping charge of $80.00 for four hours cleaning applies to each visit. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request.
Taxes which are charged by rental agencies and can amount to 17% are included in these rates.

GETTING HERE
By Air
· Many flights will bring you directly to Victoria Airport, located a 20-25 minute drive north of Victoria
· Victoria is also a short connecting flight from Vancouver or Seattle
· Car rental are available at the Airport (best to reserve in advance)
· The Victoria Airporter can deliver you to Fairfield Mall, two blocks away
· Taxi cost is approximately $40. - $45 Canadian
By Ferry with car

B.C. Ferries
· From Tsawwassen, ½ hour south of Vancouver, or ½ hour north of border, approximately a 3 hour drive from Seattle; allow time for border crossing
· Schedule is generally hourly in summer, every two hours in winter
· Sailing time is slightly over 1½ hours
· Arrives at Swartz Bay, ½ hour drive north of Victoria
· Reservations are available but not always necessary

Black Ball Ferry
· From Port Angeles, located across the Straight of Georgia from Victoria
· Port Angeles is a 3 to 4 hour drive northwest of Olympia; or a 4 to 5 hour trip from Seattle, with two small additional ferry trips crossing Puget Sound
· Several daily sailings in summer; one in winter
· Arrives downtown Victoria

By Ferry without car
· All of the above ferries take foot passengers at a cost of $7. to $10. per person.

The Clipper
· A passenger ferry from Seattle, arrives downtown Victoria
· Several daily trips in summer; one in winter
· Sailing time is about 4 hours; be sure to take the direct sailing as otherwise the trip can take 7 to 8 hours.
