This superior 2-bedroom self-contained garden level suite overlooks English country gardens and a lovely sheltered sandy cove named Little Ross Bay. A short walkway takes you to a sandy beach. Built in 1999, the suite has a spacious wooden deck that enlarges the suite and huge windows that offer spectacular ever-changing ocean and garden views.

Blue Heron Beach House has a charming cottage feel with wood floors and a large open concept living area adjoining the well set-up kitchen. Artistic use of driftwood and rock around the fireplace is one of the unique details that makes this into a real beach house. The house contains many whimsical touches and has everything you will need. There are several rustic outdoor patios and seating areas overlooking the beach, a small pond, a barbecue, and a small pathway to the beach through terraced gardens with native seaside plants.

Facing the ocean and the Olympia Mountains, the house is a prime location for viewing sunsets. It offers the best of all worlds - Lovely, quiet low bank waterfront accommodations in one of Victoria's best neighbourhoods that seems miles away from the hustle and bustle of the City. Yet it is only two blocks to a small shopping center and the downtown core is only 2 kilometres (just over a mile) away.
