Psychosynthesis
An approach to human development fostered by Roberto Assagioli (1888-1974)
beginning around 1910 and continuing to the present day. It is both a theory
and practice where the focus is to achieve a synthesis, a coming together,
of the various parts of an individual's personality into a more cohesive
self. That person can then function in a way that is more life-affirming
and authentic. Another major aspect of psychosynthesis is its affirmation
of the spiritual dimension of the person, i.e. the "higher" or "transpersonal"
self.

What To Do?
Infidelity can be deviating to a relationship and yet studies show
that up to 60% of all married men have an extramarital affair at some point
during their marriages. Here's how to recover and even create a BETTER
relationship after a betrayal.

From
Betrayal to Trust --Audio
Tape-- Beth Hedva, Ph.D. US$ 9.95 Betrayal as the gateway to authentic,
conscious trust. Who has not experienced the incomprehensible pain of betrayal:
that twist that seems to make no logical sense? This powerful mystery,
says Hedva, is really the gateway to authentic, conscious trust when properly
regarded. Hedva sees betrayal as a primal initiation that forces us out
of unconscious naivete toward a deeper wisdom - if we can move beyond vengeance
and despair and connect with the creative, intuitive self that knows what
we need to learn from the experience in order to continue our evolution.
Topics include the stages of death and rebirth, owning the shadow (one's
own and the betrayer's), living with magic. An excellent presentation.
