The outta shape pic is  from April 2003 I was 300 pounds and very unhealthy.  My breathing wasn’t right, I didn’t want to get up, I was eating double and triple cheeseburgers everyday, and I mean everyday.  I pretty much ate everything in site!  I really started to get sick around the time of my brothers wedding.   I couldn’t eat or drink, breathing got very bad, and it was the first time I started to worry about my health.  So May 4th, 2003 I started weight training and cardio (more cardio at first).  As of April 2005 I weighed 168 and looked really frail so I decided to bulk up from April to mid-May and put on 12 pounds of muscle and some fat.  Now I am in the process of cutting and the latest pic is from day 13 of cutting which was taken on June 4th 2005.   Total weight loss from highest to lowest officially is 132 lbs. lost  more like 125 due to bulk and cutting but I am very proud of the results and my next goal is to get abs, which are coming in good.
