I have been working out since about 1997  but I was doing it all wrong.  I started off with just push-ups and sit-ups, then moved onto weights and over trained horribly.  I didn't have a bench until about a year ago, about 6 months ago I started using a routine (but still over trained).  It's just in the past few months when I discovered your site and now I'm getting the body I was aiming for so many years ago.

This pic is from about October of 2002 a little while after I started a full body routine. I've made even better gains since then but I don't have a more recent pic. Not the best after pic example but its what I have, it gives a general idea. In this picture I'm the same height, but I've gained about 20 lbs in muscle and have about the same amount of fat. If I get a new pic I'll be sure to send it as I'm bigger now.

Here, I took old pics relatively in the same pose, and put them together. They go from oldest to newest, read like a book. They start off at about exactly 1 year ago! The last one I admit I'm flexing my traps a little. Even my face got bigger!!! Weird I thought that only happened to steroid people. This is really the first side by side comparison photo I've seen of me so I guess I really do look alot bigger! (like people always say) Anyway in the first one I probably weighed 165 - 170, the second one I weigh 175, the 3rd (bottom left) I weigh 185 and the last one is at 195 (taken today, Aug 29, 03).
