This shows what I looked like prior to weight training.  I was in the process of recovering from a motor vehicle accident and hadn’t exercised for at least twelve months.  At the time probably about 30% bodyfat

 

 

Sept 2003:

An overall shot taken approx two months prior to the chest and back shots. The size is there in the upper body, just need to work harder to cut. Note the weight belt makes a good corset   : )

 

 

 

Chest Dec 2003:

At 20% body fat. A little definition in the traps and shoulders.

 



 

 

Back 2003:

Again, the higher body fat destroys any muscle definition but its coming!
