Paul

Paul has been training on and off for about 2 years and has recently decided to get serious about it.  As you can see in the before pictures, he is naturally very thin.  After a few months of eating to gain and working out more seriously (as well as getting a couple of years older), he has put on some impressive overall size and muscle.  Not bad at all for 17 years old.
