With 7 months of hard, consistent training and proper nutrition I went from
around 155 to 175 pounds. I followed the the training and diet advice outlined
in Davin's site.  Doing power exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and
benchpress paired with a high-protein diet produce amazing results within a
short period of time. Intensity brings results! In a month or so I'm planning
to start leaning out to get ripped for summer
