These are pictures from January of 2000 to April of 2000... In
these pictures I've focused on a better diet, and making it a habit not to
miss the gym Monday - Friday. Trained a muscle group a day. 1. chest 2. back. 3. legs
4.shoulder 5.bis/tris I went from ~160 to about ~167 Reduced
partying and drinking to a minimum (binge drinking in college) I was 19 years
old at the time, about the only supplements I did were creatine and norteston
(1 month supply). Besides that I was just hard and determined to slim up a
little bit and put on more muscle. Eat, lift, sleep, and school work were
about the only things on my mind in that time, and they came in that order.
