William Cameron was a 22 year old Hudson's Bay Company clerk at Frog Lake during the North West Rebellion. He was the only male survivor of the Frog Lake massacre and was taken captive by Big Bear's Crees. He wrote a book entitled "Blood Red the Sun" about his experiences during this time.
