An engraving by the Moss Engraving Co., New York, based on a Richard Maynard photograph taken April 28, 1884. The engraver added the photographer where he never appeared in the original photograph. This engraving was published in Newton H. Chittenden's Hyda Land and People (1884). The original photograph is BC Archives call number A-02042 (catalogue number HP005166).
