Seasoned Flour
This seasoned flour can be used for dredging meat and Poultry.
Combine:-
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons dry mustard
4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons MSG (Optional)
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Sift together to blend evenly. Store in a tightly covered jar.
Note:- For a crumb coating, combine 1-1/2 tablespoons of the basic Seasoned Flour with 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs.
