Rolled Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients:-
3 cups Basic Formula mix
3/4 cup milk

Directions:-
Place mix in a bowl, make a well in the center. Pour the milk in the well, and then stir with a fork (about 25 strokes).
Turn dough out onto a sheet of waxed paper or pastry board. Knead well about 6 times, (do not over knead).
Roll or pat out to 1/2-inch thickness on a lightly floured pastry board.Cut into 2-inch rounds with floured cutter.
_Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450ºF about 15 minutes.
