Quick Yeast Rolls
Ingredients:-
3/4 cup warm water (110ºF to 115ºF)
1 package active dry yeast
2-1/2 cups Basic Baking Mix
Method:-
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix in Baking mix. Beat vigorously.
Turn dough out onto a surface well dusted with flour. Knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Shape as desired, crescents, cloverleafs, etc.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with a cloth. let rise about 1 hour or until double in size.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until a rich golden brown. Brush with butter after baking.
