Quick Ham Casserole
Ingredients:-
1 cup sliced mushrooms OR 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 (10-1/2 ounce) cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can of milk
2 cups leftover ham, cubed
1/2 recipe of Biscuit Dough
Method:-
Heat oven to 450ºF (hot).
Brown mushrooms and onion in butter.
Add flour; blend well.
Dilute cream of celery soup with milk; add with ham to onion-mushroom mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into an ungreased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
Make 1/2 recipe Drop Biscuit dough. Drop bu spoonfuls onto hot mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes; or until biscuits are nicely browned.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
