Quick Meat Pie
Yield:- about 6 servings
Ingredients:-
1-1/2 cups Basic Formula Mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup milk
*1-1/2 cups cooked meat
*1 cup cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
*1/4 cup water
Directions:-
Combine meat, soup and water in a 1-quart casserole. Place in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
Measure the mix into a bowl. Stir in milk to make a very soft dough. Drop the dough by spoonfuls over hot meat.
Return to hot oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
Serve hot. Baking temperature 450ºF.
*2-1/2 cups canned or homemade beef stew can be used in place of these three ingredients.
