Pizza
Make a batch or two for storing unbaked in the freezer.
Instructions:-
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Grease two baking sheets.
Prepare yeast dough as in Dinner Roll recipe. Allow to rise in bowl 30 minutes. Punch down and roll out about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into ten 4-inch circles and place on prepared baking sheets.
Mix together
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Spread on circles.
Arrange on top
3/4 pound mozzarella cheese slices
Top with
1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons sliced stuffed green olives
Sprinkle with
grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until pastry is golden and topping bubbles.
Makes 10 individual pizzas.
