Impossible Taco Pie

Ingredients:-
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 enevelope (1-1/4 ozs) taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies (darined)
1-1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Basic Baking Mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes sliced
1 cup shredded ch\heddar cheese

Directions:-
Heat oven to 400ºF
Grease 10-inch quiche dish OR pie plate, 1-1/2 inches deep.
Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat, until beef is brown, drain.
Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate, sprinkle with chillies.
Beat milk, biscuit mix and eggs unti smooth. Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bak until knife in center comes out clean, another 8 to 10 minutes).
Cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
