Impossible Cheeseburgero Pie

Ingredients;-
1 LB. grounf beef
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
1-1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Basic Baking Mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:-
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Grease 10 inch pie plate, 1-1/2 inches deep.
Cook and stir beef and onions, over medium heat, until meat is brown; drain.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about another 5 to 8 minutes.Cool 5 minutes, serve.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
